About

Hi, I’m Juey Chong

Welcome to Routinely Human!

I’m just a regular guy—husband to an amazing wife, dad to two wonderful kids, and someone who’s figuring out life one day at a time. No fancy titles, no PhD, no overnight success story. Just real experiences from the daily grind: juggling work, family chaos, tired mornings, and those small wins that make everything feel a little lighter.

A few years ago, I realized that big changes don’t come from massive overhauls—they come from small, consistent routines. A 10-minute morning walk, a simple gratitude note, a quiet evening wind-down… these tiny habits have quietly transformed my days, my energy, and even how I show up for my family. That’s why I started this blog: to share what I’ve learned (and what I’m still learning) so you can build routines that actually fit real life—not some perfect, impossible ideal.

Here you’ll find practical tips, honest reflections, and gentle reminders that self-improvement doesn’t have to be complicated or exhausting. Whether you’re trying to wake up earlier, reduce stress, strengthen your relationships, or just feel more like yourself again, we’re in this together.

When I’m not writing, you’ll find me chasing my kids around the park, grabbing coffee with my wife, or trying (and sometimes failing) to stick to my own routines. Life’s messy, and that’s okay—progress happens in the middle of it.

If any of this resonates, stick around! Subscribe for new posts straight to your inbox, explore the latest articles, or drop me a message—I’d genuinely love to hear your story.

Thanks for being here.
